GIANT — Local services in Edgmont Township

I have had multiple bad experiences at this giant. Today was the final straw. Jacquelyn, who works at self check out is always extremely rude & especially rude to children. I have left here multiple times in tears because of the way she has spoken to me, snapped at me & snapped at the children I am with. No matter what it is never okay to snap at a child. The 7 year old girl I was with started to scan things as I was unloading onto the belt (obviously I told her not to but she’s SEVEN) and she ended up missing some items. I was trying to go through what was scanned so I could fix it, and Jacquelyn came over and snapped at us, told us it’s not a toy (no duh) and overall made things way more stressful. I’m trying to build her confidence that she can do things in this world, but people like this create anxiety. I have had several other issues with her being mean to kids and it’s just not okay. Very short tempered, no patience, and no customer service skills. I never write reviews, I know this is her livelihood, but no one deserves to be treated that way just trying to buy groceries. I know of several other people that have stories about her too. Just not a good look. Will be driving to a different giant further away...

The lady at the customer service desk was super rude. (9/15 afternoon) I returned some item purchased on 9/7, including a frozen item that EXPIRED OVER A YEAR AGO IN 2022. She blamed me including the customers that return the items for the increased price. She made me wait over 15 minutes while talking to some other employee in the store, which is a common custom with the giant employees to socialise while the customer is waiting. I have noticed on multiple occasions where the foods that needs to be frozen or refrigerated are left out for a long time before it’s properly stored. Well it's a nice store but lately when I go either a Wednesday or Thursday it seems the juice and water isles are either empty of normal drinks or the shelves are disorganized. Like if you carry Bai drinks why only one flavor? Other stores aren't like this. And the toilet paper products and paper towels were all mixed up. Usually they are kept together not mixed. And why is the isles with cleaning products mostly have hand sanitizer and hand soap? And not normal brands over priced!!! I can get Dove at the dollar store not pay 5.99 each! And no its not from Mexico or China!!! The employees are nice there that's why I go out of my way... but may...
