Was enjoying my experiences here until I met their manager. A nasty, rude, hag (for lack of a better word) who could care less about her employees or customers. I even went back after my first negative experience but had left my licences at home so I sent my boyfriend in for me. He came out with all the same complaints. Terrible customer service, manager wants to argue with you instead of trying to make things right. Manger just seems that she has to be right. Avoid this spot at all cost.

Husband/boyfriends/others don't send your loved one for some goodies with your cc card in anticipation if a great night. You must be present for them to purchase.

It is ridiculous that with the use of credit card PINS that their ID must match up to the name on the card to purchase. The entire name not just the last.

Very helpful and friendly staff! The staff really knows their stuff! Great selection of products. Added bonus: they have "items" on display, a benefit over buying online. You can actually know what you're buying instead of crossing your fingers and hoping it's what you wanted. Lots of beautiful lingerie, in lots of sizes. Will definitely be coming...
