Went into the store to sell some gently used clothes. I know no one reading this review can see the clothes I was trying to sell but let me tell you they were all from well none stores. Old navy Aeropostale forever 21 Charlotte Russe Levi these were the brands I brought in. While waiting for my clothes to be checked I sat on the bench just outside there shack of a fitting room and listened to the two girl workers make fun of my clothes and hold them up to themselves and giggle. Not only was I very disappointed but then the young girl worker said she could take any of my clothes because they just weren't what she was looking for. I turned to the counter to see all of my clothes out of the bag and all unfolded. I had to re pack my own bags that I brought in all nice and folded. I went across the street to INSTYLE and the man in there Dave was so much nicer!! He even bought some of my "worn" clothes and for a good amount to!!! INSTYLE on 2nd street is where anyone and everyone should go sell there clothes!!! So much better than...

I really do love this store, but the last time we went in, I bought a romper and when I got home I pulled the romper out of the bag and realized there was another item of clothing in the bag. They legit added another shirt in with our purchase and I didn’t know. We called to inform them hoping we could get our money back because it absolutely wasn’t our fault. I have no idea where the girl even got the shirt because it was no where near my size or anything I would even purchase. I’m guessing it was on the counter in the mess of things. They told us they basically will only buy it back from us for half price! What?!? You put a shirt in my bag and won’t let me return it to get my money back?! I didn’t even want it nor would even purchase anything like it! It’s not even my size!!! I didn’t pay attention to the price of the romper and my hubby is the one who paid so I didn’t know the price of everything until I got home. Great store, awesome staff, very competitive clearance prices, quality items at a decent price. Styles and selections for various adult age groups! And toys for the kids! Low low cost on toys👍✌️🌻🌷They do their best to make your experience a pleasant one, and yes they trade and do often come across negative feedback, its par for the course, they earnestly do all they can to make each shopping experience worth your while, and remember, this is a small business, but with a warm hometown atmosphere; I try to remind myself of how fortunate we are , that these sort of store chains give us a pay it forward opportunity ,on both ends. Its definitely been a beneficial experience in learning about this side of marketing, and what it takes to run a business and also try to please customers when life happens, their a great bunch, I worked in this field when I was in my teen and early adult years, they work hard and deserve a break and a courteous exchange... it definitely...
