City Bites — Restaurant in Edmond

I never ate here I called to try to find out how to get ahold of the owner to complain about the Danforth location. The first manager I talked to apologized and she handled my complaint better than anyone at the corporate office did as far as customer service goes. She said I could come to their location but didn't offer free food. She gave me a number but it wasn't the right name according to the store manager I spoke to later, so I didn't call it. Don't you love it when you go through a drive-thru and the employee has a horrible attitude? I rarely post one star reviews, I always give people a second chance but this is not the first time with this location. Let it be known. It's 4:21 p.m. on March 2nd so whoever that jerk was that I spoke with, he probably needs to be in another profession. I think most people that work in the fast food and restaurant industry are highly underpaid, but I was literally the only customer in line and I didn't even notice anyone inside, so I would think the stresses would not be present. I tried oredering over the phone from you twice in the last three weeks. I was put on hold an no one came back. I did come throught the drive thru and your potato is smaller and cost more than the one at Mcalisters a few blocks further down the road.
