Cloud Soft Serve & Waffles — Restaurant in Edmond

We were craving some soft serve and decided to give this new place a try.

We walked in and the place is a lot smaller than we thought although they do have plenty of sitting outside. Maybe not that great for a hot day.

The lady working there asked if it was our first time and offered to give us samples which we thought was really nice. Some of the flavors are overly sweet. I thought their chocolate was the best one. Their little mochi waffles had a peculiar after taste and it was difficult to finish it.

After trying their flavors, some we had no idea what they were so we asked her what they were made of. Some random worker answered for her and tried to explain in a condescending manner. He was unknowledgeable, unhelpful and unwilling to provide any information to the customer as he told us to “Google it”. His child was running around dropping food and he kept chasing him all over the place.

The seats inside although appealing, were uncomfortable. Good thing they have a big, long tall table you can stand and eat off of.

I probably won’t be going back. I think $9 for a soft serve and palm size waffle with mid service is...

Service was a 4 but it's a new place and they just need to work out a better flow for things. The folks working there doing the best they could given the situation in my opinion.

The place is cute but pretty small. They do have an outside with misters but the misters may be turned on a bit high. You'd probably get pretty soaked if you stayed there too long.

The soft serve was absolutely delicious! I was most excited about the ube but the matcha is excellent as well. It actually tastes like a decent matcha. The black sesame was decent but it has a little more of the regular sesame flavor than I usually like. The vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon toast were very tasty as well!

I didn't taste all the different mochi waffles but I had the whipped honey. The waffle was soft and had just the right amount of chew for a mochi waffle. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

I had an amazing experience. One of my favorite flavors was the ube and matcha mix. The combination of the earthy ube and the vibrant matcha created a unique and delicious flavor. It was a delightful treat that I couldn't get enough of.

My husband, on the other hand, loved the black sesame and vanilla mix. The rich and nutty taste of the black sesame paired perfectly with the creamy vanilla. He is a huge fan of nutty flavor, so this hit the spot for him! It was a flavor combination that he couldn't resist.

In addition to the delicious soft serve, the shop also offered mochi waffles. These were absolutely addictive. The chewy texture of the mochi combined with the crispy waffle was a delightful contrast. I found myself craving these mochi waffles long after I...
