First and last time calling this place ! !!! I called to Order my daughter a Valentines Day gift and automatically the girl was just rude sounding so whatever I asked her about placing my order and wanted a 20.00 box of chocolates and A 30.00 arrangement to be delivered to her Thursday morning to suprise her and she says we have a 50.00 minimum so I said yea my order is 50.00...... With the flowers and chocolate .... No it has to be 50.00 for the flowers so I said well forget that ...... Decided to call back and talk to a manager which was even more rude ! I asked her the same basically asking if my 50.00 together would be enough for them yo go ahead and deliver and she says oh well it's a rule we have that it has to be 45.00 (which is not what the FIRST person told me anyway ) and she said but I will do it for 35 plus the 20.00 choc and 10.00 delivery fee and I said you can't just give me a 30.00 flower arrangement with my chocolates lol like what is the big hang up! She said NO! I said ok forget it then and she says I'm her most nice fake voice "have a good day"!!! I'm unable to get to my daughter to give her a gift for a special day and this business sucks for not allowing me to be able to ! I'm sure I will find a better...

I wish I could leave more stars! Yesterday was my aunt's funeral and we ordered a lovely plant from FTD to be delivered to the funeral home the day before the funeral. When we arrived yesterday, our plant had not arrived. FTD couldn't get in touch with the local florist who was supposed to fulfill our order, and during much of my aunt's visitation, we spent time on the phone with FTD trying to get our arrangement.

We finally told FTD to just cancel our order, and I had to try and find a a local florist who could help us FAST. I called A Wildflower Shop, and the woman who answered the phone (I wish I had caught her name!) went above and beyond. She sent me photos of the plants she had available from her personal cell phone so I could choose the perfect flower, and when I said I would come pick it up she insisted that they would deliver it immediately, and less than a half an hour later, our arrangement was at the funeral home.

I was so impressed with the level of customer service and care I received, and even more-so with the beautiful plant we received for a fraction of the cost of FTD. I highly recommend A...

These lady’s are amazing! I absolutely love them! They go above and beyond for their customers. Deb and Ann are the kindest people I have met in a long time! The world could use more of them right now! They are personable, very friendly and the customer service is outstanding! The shop does all my cemetery pieces as well as pieces for my home. I have never been disappointed! I have a very busy job , I can call Deb or Ann tell them what I want and it’s done. They will even ask if I’m working a lot and deliver it to my door step so I do not have to wait for a day off to get my pieces! I ordered a wreath one time and told Deb it would be a few before I could come get it . I came home and it was hanging on my door!!!!! You can not get customer service like that just anywhere . They as well always check back and make sure my cemetery pieces fit because they are always willing to make changes for me.
