Subway — Restaurant in Edwardsville

I was there for the last time today. I'm on my lunch hour as I can imagine everyone else waiting in line was, too. There was only one girl working even though there were three people in line ahead of me and the first man ordered 4 wraps. There was another lady fiddling with the cash register who was too busy chatting with a man standing in the back of the storage area. This man was not dressed in uniform, so I can only guess that he was not an employee but a friend she let in the back. She clearly saw all of us standing there and told her friend, "I'll just talk to you." She also burned an oven of bread and opened the oven door and let the restaurant fill with smoke. I'm highly disgusted at the level of service and will not be back. She clearly saw that there were customers and chose not to wait on them. I have always liked this subway. But listen they are killing it last 4 times I have been in Karen i think is her name is awesome and literally makes me want to come back to this subway just to enjoy the small talk while getting my food. But today when my daughter and myself went here for lunch she was working and was awesome as always but there was a guy I haven't seen before and he fit in well because he was just as nice and chatting with us and customer friendly absolutely love THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. Also everytime my food is fresh, good, and the store is cleaner than other subways. Camrin is the sole reason this store is getting 5 stars. Greeted myself, and every single customer that came into the store! Very friendly, wonderful conversation, smile on her face, and these have to be the best made subway sandwiches I've ever eaten, and I'm a truck driver, I've eaten at a LOT of subways lol.
