I strongly advise against using this venue for any event. If you're looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience, this is absolutely not the place. The owner and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. The decor is of poor quality and looks cheap, and the venue itself is shockingly dirty. The restrooms, in particular, are in deplorable condition and have an unbearable odor.

Crystall Ballroom is the most fantastic wedding venue in El Cajon, California. The interior designs and the lighting is fabulous using a lot of colors and their decorations and LED lights which makes the whole place shine like a diamond. We had a family event at Crystal Ballroom. Upon walking in, the atmosphere felt beautiful and the set up was 10/10. You can tell management does everything on point and all the servers and staff go above and beyond expectations. They had many appetizers to choose from and the drink service was fast. Dinner was around 10. Food came out on time and warm. There was two options for dinner to choose from; steak or fish. I decided to go with fish and it was delicious. I will always recommend this...
