Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Campo

I have visited this fast food establishment many times, and, the staff are mostly always in a good mood, and are polite. The staff do sometimes get your order wrong, for example, you would order an UNSWEET tea, and they would give you a sweet, or you would ask for French fries and they would give you tater tots, just little mistakes such as those. But, most of the time, this fast food joint, does very well. The service can sometimes be slow, but the staff do apologize for the wait. The flower bed they have, is gorgeous, absolutely beautiful. This location consistently messes up orders. Pretzel twists are supposed to be served with cheese sauce, if you want it you better ask for it, along with marinara for your cheese sticks. Today we ordered chili cheese fries(which was displayed on the screen) and received chili cheese tots - which was what our ticket said. Apparently this is a finger food as we were not given a fork to eat them with. And since you never get a receipt (not even offered one) there is no way to contact management or complete a customer satisfaction survey. One of the worst Sonic's I have ever been to. The building and the parking was old and dilapidated. The parking stalls were barely wide enough to get my wife's truck into. While we were there, an older model dually parked in the stall next to us. Barely had enough room to back out without hitting the fence behind us. On top of all that, they got our order wrong.
