Sephora did my makeup & Vanity knocked it out of the park!!!! 😍 I would not hesitate to go there again - the only thing that needs improvement is that someone needs to be taking care of customers who rudely interrupt the ladies who are obviously busy & their customers are obviously on a time schedule for events, which is why they are getting their makeup done!! Having someone stay near in that area would take that burden off & only makes sense. Instead, I watched both ladies have to stop what they were doing & look around for others to help & to only have to give up & answer the questions as quickly as possible so they could get back to the makeup. Whoever is the one in charge of scheduling needs to realize that Friday & Saturdays are just going to be busy & adding in makeup appointments are excellent for business, but not when it makes ladies late!! If you see appointments, then put extra floor help!! She spent a good 20 mins helping an older gentleman to find the perfect outfit for his wife. Then she was at the cash register helping more customers going above and beyond and for two insignificant mistakes she made her coworker told two supervisors and made her feel so bad!!
