As a returning customer I was very disappointed at their sales techniques and tricks. I had received an out the door price for a display Sealy Queen mattress from the sales manager Kailn.When I called to confirm that I was picking up the queen mattress and asked if it was still there ,Jessica assured me it was. She stated that she spoke to Kalin and confirmed the price given to me okaying the pick up. I had previously informed her that I would be driving down there from a good distance with my trailer and that I wanted reassurance that the mattress was still there. She called me back a few minutes later assuring it was. My sons and I drove down there from Brawley with our trailer only to come in and get a higher price. She stated that the mattress was no longer available and that she had sold it but she had another one for a higher price. Such terrible 😞 service they promised a smooth and reliable service to get us the base frame my mother needed and 2 times they attempted to deliver her a defective broke frame for her new mattresses she had purchased with them Promise to fix the situation and work on getting her the frame that she needed for her bed They wouldn’t call her back after her calling into the store to see what’s going on when going in person they completely ignored her and told her that she just needs to pay for the mattresses which her order wasn’t even complete The bedframe they put temporary would make a lot of noise. It was terrible. They even promised her extra pills for all the trouble not one of the pillows showed up. They’re just telling her and giving her the runaround...

Had a great experience here, my wife and I stopped in just to check some mattresses out but weren't ready to buy. Mario was awesome, he never rushed us and was very patient when we tried out every mattress He even informed us about some of the clearance items and really went above and beyond to help us get a great deal. We fell in love with one and we had to buy it. I gave him my old address by mistake and he was hyper diligent to make sure the delivery went to the correct address. He even called the manager of the delivery facility to confirm we wouldn't have any issues. The manager Kalin was also very pleasant to deal with. I wont be needing another mattress anytime soon but I would definitely purchase from this location again. Thank you...
