Bamboo Bistro — Restaurant in El Centro

The food is delicious. I reccomend ordering for pick up or delivery. I don't know if it's a soft opening at the new location but there were only 2 people working. Not only did that make things slower but the person running the dining room had the patience of a Buddhist when it came to providing service. We had to walk up to the counter twice to get what we needed. My drink was empty when my food arrived, I waited and waited for my refill, only to find th server chatting it up behind the counter with not a worry in the world. $3.24 can of coke!!! Prices have jumped, while the selection of vegetables have dropped, very poor quality and wilted. No beef at the counter. The pork was frozen into big unusable chunks. Also, now have to use the same bowl for the noodles. Big price, less food. Heat on grill was very low, barely cooking the food.
