If i could give a store ZERO stars then i would because the Imperial Valley Zales has been the single most terrible experience i have ever had at any store. The staff is not well trained at all. And most importantly EVERYONE at the store does not know how to talk to their customers. This store seriously lacks professionalism. One of the sales reps charged me twice for a piece of jewelry, and when i saw the double charge on my account i asked her to reimburse me, to which she replied WORD FOR WORD, “The transaction is pending in your account it wont finalize, and it will get returned to your account in 3-5 business days, but if it doesn’t then come back to the store and i will give you something.” See what i mean when i say they don’t t know how to speak? So for about 3 weeks i’m going back and forth with the manager trying to get my money back. She keeps telling me she needs to fill out a form for corporate or talk to corporate but after 3 weeks i had enough. Finally i was able to get the corporate number, and spoke to a representative, left feedback about what i have been going through, and the next day my money was refunded. I get it, i should have done it on my own from the beginning but this double charge was the mistake of one of the employees so it shouldn't be too much to ask for them to fix it and not me. I buy my fiance a set of exquisite earring for Valentine's Day for pick up and even though she has proof of purchase with the original receipt they deny the purchase because I could not be there physically because of distance. Then to call customer service to get to the bottom of it, I was told that they cannot make a change to the pick up after purchase even though I am the one to purchase the set of earrings and they took my money, and that the only way to cancel and get my money back is to call the store and have them physically cancel the order even though they were bought through the online store. Now when I call the store to do so, they pick up and ask how can they help , I ask them to cancel and refund my order and then proceed to say we are now closed so I can't do anything for you. Why pick the phone up knowing you cant & wont help anyone?! I cannot begin to express the amount of embarrassment, the shame I feel; that I now can't give the woman I love the special gift I spent hours researching and looking for tirelessly. The energy exhausted, the time she wasted going up there , the excitement she had... Now gone. And here I thought a a jewelry company/ business your goal and selling point is to make lasting/special/ magical memories. You have failed in that miserably and lost...

They both went above and beyond in helping me and my wife in getting us a quote to replace the diamond in my wife’s ring. They assisted us in showing us step by step in selecting a new head setting for the ring. They even went above and beyond in showing us the microscopic certificate printed in one of the diamonds sides, which we find amazing! Cost was just perfect! We are very pleased with this place and will definitely come back for more transactions...
