SAN DIEGO NAILS — Local services in El Centro

I've been coming here for years my mom used to bring me here when I was younger the owners before were very nice and respectful. Now the new owner are very very rude and unprofessional.i stopped coming here a few months back but the place I go to is close on Sunday so I decided to come here. The nail polishs are old and craking. Thing are taped up from so much ware and not a very good mani & pedi. Most of the time they are talking Chinese not a very big problem but they don't even talk to you. The lady is the worst when she paint my nails she will get paint on her gloves and get paint all over my feet and I will tell her and she will get aggressive and tell me I was moving when in fact I was not very bad...

I have been here before and think the prices are fair, work done and customer service is okay. This time customer service was horrible. Went here because I wanted to support them since they never have anyone in there the times I've gone. I also wanted to relax and enjoy "me" time, but left stressed. 2 out of 3 of the workers were rude. I also was not allowed to turn on my massage chair until they were basically almost done because she said it'll mess them up since they were doing my finger and toe nails at the same time. Never going back again. Like I said before prices are fair, but I did not like how I was treated or how I felt while there. Literally felt uncomfortable...

I took my teenage daughter here to get her nails done, I told her to make sure they had time to do a full set since it was late in the day, after a few minutes my daughter calls me crying, to go pick her up because the man in there doing nails insulted her by asking her how long she spent on her makeup because he didn't like it and that she wasn't very pretty. I went in and yelled at the guy, after reading some of the comments this isn't the first time he has done this and I don't understand why people keep coming here, or how he even still works at this place. People take your business somewhere else, please don't support a place that puts...
