I understand that sometimes this place gets busy, but that’s no excuse for majorly screwing up a simple order..Especially when they repeat the order word for word before you pay.. Anyway, I ordered 3 tacos, 1 carne asada nachos, and a flauta combo plate. I should’ve known by how fast the order taker was speaking at the drive thru that they were rushing things. I received a big plastic bag which I assumed was my entire order, so naturally as I didn’t want to hold up the drive thru, I left. It wasn’t until I got home and found they forgot (or didn’t include) the flauta combo plate (which cost me about $7-$8). They charged me for it, but never gave me the item. Luckily I kept the receipt, but I was just so tired from work, I decided not to take the time to go back, wait in line, wait for the food, and then come back to my home. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this place. There’s other taco/burrito joints in town.
Update: Even worse visit than last time. The young lady at the drive thru cannot take orders correctly and even though I was speaking loud and clear and only ordering one combo, she told me to pull up to the drive thru window. I don’t know if it’s their speakers or they legit can’t hear, but this is ridiculous. I had a few questions regarding the combo plate, and instead of answering them, she rushed me and proceeded to input separate orders a la carte instead of inputting it as a combo. I wanted to know if the combo does in fact come with the rice and beans and she wouldn’t answer but instead just ring me up for separate a la carte items. I gave this place a second chance to see if they’re service would improve. Unfortunately, it got worse from this experience. I will not be going here again and I recommend trying the many taco/burrito...

AFTER THEY FOUND PUT I WAS A JUST RETIRED VETERAN THEY LAUGHED AT ME AND CALLED ME A LIAR AND PROCEEDED TO MAKE ME DIG THROUGH THE RESTAURANT TRASH WITH A FORK AND KNIFE!!! So I was coming through town on a post military trip . Was celebrating 23 years in the military and stopped at this taco shop . I was on my Harley and it was Extremely hot . The lady that sold me my almost $20 lunch tried to talk me into buying the refill of the sweet tea ahead of time when I originally purchased my food but I declined stating that I had enough cash fo a refill if needed. So I talked to the lady and she was very nice and bought my lunch. After just loosing my service dog that I had for 8 years 3 days ago I had no one to help with my service connected disability and kept falling asleep for over 4 hrs I sat there and ate my food as I had stomach surgery soon Jan 1st also. I noticed the time and needed to continue on and went to the counter to buy the refill and the people now working the counter made me dig through the trash for 30 min to find my receipt and the whole time laughing as they already verified I had bought a tea by calling the nice lady that I bought from. I told them how could they do that to a veteran and they just laughed and walked away saying “oh sorry” . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES . Please boycott this place as THEY ARE NOT PATRIOTS AND HATE THE MILITARY AND...
Read moreThought id give this place a shot. Uhh... How can i put this... Think of a mexican taco shop that charges you for food that they cant afford to serve you...this was cafeteria at best. They charge you for hot sauce on to go orders. They charge you for extras in your burrito, like cheese or enchilada sauce. They dont have containers for you to use to get salsa for in store dining. So you have to roll up to the "salsa bar" with your plate or your unwrapped burrito like this was a backyard pinata party!! They dont have free refills but fill your cup full of ice. So just an educated guess, i may have gotten about 12 - 14 ounces of actual tea on a 32 ounce cup. About 8 -10 ounces of pina drink on a 24 ounce cup. What can i say, i mean Taco Bell can probably rival this place. You may be asking, "what did you order Rhandom?" I'm glad you asked... I ordered a Carne Asada burrito , added cheese and a chiliquilles plate, a 32 ounce sweet tea and 24 ounce pina drink.
"How much was is it Rhandom?"
Oh, about $19... I feel like i payed for my own stomach ache... WISH ME LUCK!!
So if you're into over priced cafeteria mexican food that makes you feel like you're at your abuelita's house celebrating your tia's graduation , then THIS IS YOUR PLACE TO...
