Good morning,
Yesterday I inquired about nightingales HHA course coming up in October and the woman I spoke with maybe Raja was extremely rude with a very nasty and unprofessional attitude. I need this course to help increase my employability so that I can get off of unemployment and return to work but it’s very difficult to get the information I need and to ask clarifying questions about the course requirements when the person answering the phone has such demonic energy and snapped on me with a smart remark just for stating my name when I called. Doesn’t the school want to enroll students for business purposes as well? If her attitude is so nasty how can students get the right info and ask questions to enroll? Who is the school’s administrator? I contacted this school because when I first became a CNA in 2005 I attended nightingale when it was located in San Leandro and the staff was very kind and welcoming, however that is not the case today. Please let me know if my business is not welcome any longer at nightingale but it’s unnecessary to have such a disgusting attitude with me when I’m simply trying to get information to enroll in the HHA...
Read moreAmazing experience!! The staff guides you through every step of the way & it’s kind of weird because you’ll go in as a client & end up feeling like family. Mrs Veronica doesn’t play about us. That’s my perception she gave me & also Mrs Aquilah who’s always in office to give an ear & guidance for whatever you’re going through. Also our first teacher Ms Harriette- mother hen , absolutely no nonsense but as soft & sweet as cotton candy. Our class was a mixture of nationalities & culture, we came together like family good or bad & gotten each other through it . Yeah we did that ….. Thank you all for holding my hand through this & me being 48yrs old . They made it so much better ....

I doubt they can teach any thing when they don't even have the basic mannerism and hang up on you without even knowing that you are a medical provider calling them...
