Loss Prevention team needs better workers. I usually feel welcomed in at Ross, but not at this store. The moment my friends and I walked in, the loss prevention guy was already making snark comments. He followed us around the entire store talking extremely loud about us to his team and when we were checking out next to him, he said he “didn’t want to check our bags” because we’re “low priority”. yea right.. he knew that if he checked our bags, he would’ve been so wrong and loud about it. We had a cart full of items for a family fundraiser for a preschool btw. Talking extremely loud about customers does not do anything about shoplifting-what an insanely inefficient technique- or maybe the worker wanted to harass young women on a Monday night. And when my friends and I were taking our items out the cart to leave after paying, he was like “take your time, ladies” after all the condescending remarks. The Loss Prevention team is essentially the ambassador of the store since it’s the first person that greets customers. If you can, go to a different Ross with a better Loss Prevention team that does their job instead of harassing innocent customers. This worker will drive out customers instead of...
Read moreThe lady scanned three of the same product so they all had the same number but I clearly bought three of them and when I tried to return two, she said I couldn't because they didn't have the right number even though they were clearly the same product and it was this big ordeal where the manager had to check the security footage even though it was clear right in front of him it was the same product that costs the exact same amount. She asked for manager and they told me the description on the receipt doesn't match the item?!!!
