Although I was told to leave a 5 out of 5 star review before the services on my car were done like everyone else, I sat on it until it was finished.. Last December I had my audio system completely upgraded in my vehicle. Shortly after I noticed that there was a rubbing sound when my windows were rolling up. I took it back in and was told by Angel, the associate, that it was due to the big speakers they installed and that it would be okay. Not too soon after, my vehicle had issue completely rolling up a window. Every time I’d send the window up, it would go half way and return back down. This is the same door that you can visibly see in the picture that the door panel was not properly placed back on once the speaker was installed. The new sound in my car is honestly a 10 out of 10, so I charged the window and door panel to the game. Nethertheless, I returned in February to get subs installed. Due to miscommunication of both parties, I left with 2 10s in my trunk though I was under the assumption that I paid for 2 12s. Once again, I noticed that the condition I dropped my car off was not the condition I picked it up in. The button to release the trunk hatch on the driver’s door is not in it’s normal position as if it was over compensated by force, so at times I have trouble opening the trunk. Angel did not cause a hassle when I returned my vehicle. In his defense he did make me aware that the 12s would not “hit” like the 10s in my vehicle. Still not sure why they wouldn’t, I dropped my vehicle off to exchange the 10s for the 12s and sure enough the 10s that were installed originally pushed out more than the 12s ever could. Despite my first mind of not returning after I’ve had issues with my doors originally when I had the audio upgraded in December, I still returned AND recommended family who has gotten work done. I find it a bit hard that quality 12s could not have been put in my whip with the budget I walked in with, but instead I now have a low quality subpar system in my trunk. I’m in a position of selling the trash system I have now and getting another system somewhere outside of El Paso. This is the second local business I’ve taken my vehicle to, where I ultimately had to get work undone just to go somewhere else to get it redone… which of course cost more money at the end. My car is foreign and I’m not the slightest bit of pleased how it was not taken in with care. Read moreI can't say enough about these guys. Since it's a holiday, I called ahead not expecting them to be open, but they were. (I'd been having wiring issues that were draining my battery) Angel was incredibly patient on the phone and assured me that the diagnostic would detect the problem. There was quite a wait time, but there were cars ahead of me that were having equipment installed that required time. Speaking of which, I will 100% use these guys for any future audio issues. Beyond their extensive knowledge, I was truly impressed with their customer care. It didn't matter that I wasn't a high dollar customer.
