If you’re looking for a laid back, quick and easy, non crowded Sunday American breakfast then Corner Bakery should be on your list. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and pancake platters w eggs and bacon. Part of the hassle free service with quick turn times is in the simplicity of the menu and multiple kiosks that make checking through a breeze. The menu is full but simple enough to make a good selection as there are practically no bad selections on the menu. As there seems to be something for everyone. Once you’ve selected and paid for your meal, you’re given a ticket and allowed to select from a variety of seating arrangements. From table for two to larger tables up to 6-8, I believe. Since we were a party of two we swiftly slid into a comfortable booth. Coffee and drinks are self serve and you are free to refill your coffee and fix as you like. Other soft drinks are available but I opted for coffee, in which there are many to choose from. My choice was the creamy hazelnut, which was really delicious that it practically needed little sweetener and cream to bring to my taste. By the time I returned from fixing my coffee the server arrived with our dished promptly and with fresh hot platters. Fresh salsas and other condiments are available at your request and the staff is always available and helpful. Tips are not pushed nor expected (although surely appreciated) so it makes giving a tip all the more pleasurable with gratitude. To me the best parts are the hassle free dining, ease of getting in and out and of course the fresh tasting coffee and pancakes. Great place to treat your parents or kids who want a quick visit and meal before starting your day. No frills or gimmicks just good of fashioned food and service. Hope to...
Read moreMy family and I came in for dinner and my step daughter ordered the pancakes since the menu states they’re offered all day. The cashier(Ashley S.) told us it would take 20 minutes and we were okay with it. The girl who brought our food (Valvara) told us it would take an additional 25 minutes for the pancakes, that’s absolutely ridiculous and at this point it just seemed like they didn’t want to make the pancakes. We asked for a manager and Edwin came back from the kitchen. (When we ordered the pancakes we all noticed that he was especially displeased with the order and continued to stare us down which made our little girl very uncomfortable.) He came out and asked over and over again if we had a problem and we let him know what our issue was, he offered no solution just gave us more attitude. We asked to speak with another manager because obviously Edwin wasn’t going to help us. Tana Trejo the assistant manager came out and told us it would only take 15 minutes. At this point we’ve been lied to by at least two of three people we’ve interacted with about the pancakes. Not necessary and especially over pancakes. Tana didn’t offer a solution and barely offered an apology that was sincere. She also said Edwin was not a manager and only a shift lead. This is the most unprofessional staff, lying is not necessary. We will definitely be calling the GM and the corporate offices as well. We come to CB on a regular basis but will not be returning anymore. It is unfortunate that establishments lose customers over very poor...
Read more12/29/2025 Tried to give corner bakery another shot but OMG. The bacon tasted like lard, because basically that's what it was hardly no meat. Which is sad because they were known for having amazing bacon. Also, my pancakes were cold. I couldn't even spread the butter because it was cold. I called manager and she asks me what would you like me to do as she rolled her eyes. She brought hot pancakes and rubber sausages. I asked her if she was the manager and said yes and just walked away I believe managers name was Tanya trejo so rude. She couldnt have had any training for management. I really loved corner bakery hope the other sites aren't going downhill like this one.
3 years ago.So I normally really love this place but they failed me this time. My son is eating his browny and finds this staple slightly poking out what was left of the browny. My son calls the manager over who just respond by saying " sorry we do use staples but it shouldn't be in there". Then walks away. How about wow we will do a safety check find out how that happened my son could have really hurt himself had he not spotted it before putting the last peace in his mouth. Even my son stated wow didn't really seem like it was that big a deal. It should have been very...
