Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

Our first experience throwing our party at a peter piper was less than desirable. We were not greeted. We were not given any information. Our party was not set up. We placed our order multiple times and we had to wait long periods of time to get our order, we were not given updates on our order as to why they took so long. Our guests had to go place orders at the register because our hostess was never there. Trash was never picked up. We only saw our hostess a handful of times whenever she came out of hiding. We got our balloons towards the end of the party. My daughter's birthday was never announced. My boyfriend and I kept having to go to the register to either look for our host or place different orders. Was truly a nightmare experience and unfortunately we'll never throw another party at any peter piper. Oh, and our hostess did not let me complete the survey because she saw that I had an extensive list...

I was hyped to come here because my family went and said how great they thought it was a few weeks ago. They were probably right but today wasn’t their shining moment. My thoughts today:

Well it’s clean. Management definitely is trying to tank this place.

The analytical cashier- well I see where you were going but he’s not a welcome committee. He’d be better on fries or something more process oriented. Nice enough kid but let’s rethink this.

The coke machine is putting out warm drinks and runs out of ice. I gave up and threw it out without drinking after 3 attempts. Yes we asked for more ice.

Who watered down the sauce? You can taste it. It’s weird. You’ll lose more customers that way as opposed to doing it right.

Sausage- no taste at all. If I’m going to be held accountable for the calories, I want to taste them.

The pizza looks great! Tastes like it needs...

‼️‼️I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I’ve been coming to this location a few times over the past few months since I moved around the area and it’s the closest to my house, but let me just say that I would rather drive to the other side of the city for a better location or different pizza place than eat here. Every time I order a pizza from this location it makes me uncontrollably sick. 🤢🤢 I tested my theory just this past weekend and thought “maybe it was something else all those times” but no it’s definitely the food here and once again I’ve been sick with food poisoning for like 3 days. My guess is they either use expired products or people in the staff don’t use proper hygiene when handling food like WASHING YOUR HANDS which are both equally DISGUSTING🤮🤮🤮🤮 Don’t waste your money here try a different company or different...
