Evidently have a policy of no refund or exchanges on a very small sign at register. We attempted to return or exchange a beach chair that was not used…and within 24 hours. Staff was extremely rude, not helpful, and we were stuck with a chair the person could not use. FYI, it was purchased in hope they could use on the beach post back surgery, but proved to be uncomfortable when attempting to sit in it at the condo. Lousy policy, service was even worse. My advice…don’t purchase from this store. We certainly will not...

The merchandise is good, mostly reasonably priced, but having a $3 ring scanned in at $30, it not being questioned, and the cashier telling us they couldn’t give us a refund, after we had paid is ridiculous. We were told to find an item(s) that cost the difference, and they couldn’t even do a cash refund. After a few minutes we finally got our money back, but I shouldn’t have been put in the position to have to pay twice as much that what we should. Awful policy and not that awesome...
