TL;DR: They REALLY need to invest in a staff member to just supervise the play area to ensure kids are following the rules.

We have been coming there for about a year, but I don’t think we will be back unless things change. While the place is always clean, there are tons of play structures and toys, the front staff is always nice, and everything is padded, there are some significant concerns that will keep us from returning. Unfortunately, every time we have been there (we have gone 7+ times and have a membership) we have had to leave because of older children behaving unsafely and not following the rules. In general, parents largely don’t supervise their children here, and seem not to care if they follow the rules or behave safely. This isn’t an isolated incident but a trend. Parents/guardians sit in the sitting area on phones and laptops neglecting to supervise their kids, I suppose they figure it’s all padded and closed in so why bother? Since the playground is open birth-age 7, this creates a really unsafe environment for the younger kids. When my son was 18 months old, he was pushed down the flight of stairs here (luckily it’s padded) which resulted in an emergency visit later that night. Today the older kids were throwing the sit-on balls at each other and playing a game that involved swinging them around and whacking each other at full force and full speed. It’s something like this every single time we’ve come. Imagine recess but with no recess monitor. I understand that the model here is like that of an outdoor playground without paid supervision, but the way that it is enclosed seems to motivate parents to pay less attention to their kids since they can’t really wonder off. I’m not suggesting full provided care, just someone on staff to make sure people actually follow the rules inside.

I’m disappointed that we won’t be able to come back, because my son loves it, but it really isn’t safe for the little ones with older kids able to do anything they want regardless of...

This place here is very fun and exciting the the toddlers. My son which is 4 ran for hours and had a blast, we were there about 3 hours probably would have stayed until closing but he hurt himself. The price is awesome and very affordable to have fun on a budget and no time limit as well I believe that is the really fun part to so you don’t have to have crying toddlers having to leave when they aren’t ready too. I drove 50 min away to come to this location pikesville is 10 min closer but by the pictures with the plane it was what he wanted and glad I did was told this location was the biggest and the newest. Wish they would come start on closer to the Baltimore county side by white marsh or Dundalk or somewhere closer to these areas so I wouldn’t be that long of a drive. But I can promise you we will do the drive again cuz he loved it probably would have been better if he had kids to play with besides mommy but we had fun.

I will tell the location is ducked off you will not find it without gps and you won’t find it typing the name into maps you have to put the address. But no matter where you come from it won’t be a waste of a drive, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and with COVID it probably hurt there business people should help them out so they don’t close with such a lovely business. I will try to get the word around for this beautiful toddler place. Oh lastly the pricing it is 13 for 1 kid, 11 per kid for 2 siblings, 10 per kid for 3 siblings, and if you have a group of 10 kids a minimum don’t remember the price just know it was reasonable, they also have memberships that never expire and can use it any location.

Our toddler loves this place, she wants to go here often and we just had her birthday party here. It was fun and we noticed how much effort the owner and staffs put into to keep this place sanitized, they wipe common surfaces often and clean the kids chair after each use by using Lysol wipes. The birthday party package come with one large pizza and we ordered another pizza, they were great! We were also allowed to bring local Seafood Legend catered stir fried noodles and that brings variety and our guests kept complimenting on how delicious the noodles were! We had wonderful experience to celebrate our sweetheart’s birthday, thanks to Bubala Eldersburg, we shall come back...
