I honestly did not know what I wanted to say in this review because I have some mixed emotions. First let me say I absolutely love my fur baby!!! Ms. Judy and her daughter were super helpful and kind during my visit. My issue came after my visit and obtaining my pups shot records. We purchased Rocky two weeks before Christmas and the breeder actually met us at the location as we were paying for him. He provided his birth certificate to show he was purebred and said that he would bring the shot records back the following day. The ladies ensured that they would follow up but nothing ever happened. I waited some additional time just thinking to myself it’s the holidays and maybe they got super busy. I initiated a call and asked for the shot records and was met with they would reach out to the breeder and get them. Waited another week still no shot records. My husband calls no answer, calls again and get met with the same thing again they will reach out to the breeder another week goes by and still no answer. I called again and was provided the breeders information to reach out myself. Nothing! Finally we get a call at this point we have had Rocky for a about a month my husband is losing his patience he calls the store to find out he is blocked🤔. Now I want to mention we have purchase 2 pups from this location in the past when they were at the mall without any issues. To find that his number is now blocked simply because he wants the shot records that should have been provided upon purchase was a wow moment to say the least. As of today we still have not received shot record for our pup so we have taken him to get all of his shots and greeted with a bill of $475.00. This was a lesson learned. I always try to take the positive from a situation and in this case I was blessed with Rocky…however the sad part is that I would probably never purchase from here again nor would I recommend them to any of my dog groups. It should have never been mine or my husbands responsibility to chase down the breeder for shot records. Read moreSo I'm giving a 5 star for my puppy , once known as Markle and now named officially Maxine Jo. Named after my very first pup as a child (Yorkie max a million) and my late grandma. My soul person. Although Maxine had some incidents of health scares - UNRELATED TO THE BREEDER--- its just a Yorkie thing. Nothing more. And she's good now, Maxine has provided me with so much love and support emotionally and mentally while I navigate through my own health issues. She's truly a mommy's baby. My children and husband adore her and my boxer, yes, she has taken on a mommy role as well, and I love watching them. Although i almost choked on the pricing of Maxine.... we Dove in to the decision to adopt and haven't regretted it once. The puppy kingdom was amazing, and they communicated so well. They keep in touch with you and respond pretty quickly. I hope they decide to add to their site love story album with photos of adopted puppies and their new homes. That would be awesome. Read moreI actually purchased a dog from here, her name was Bella. I did return her because she looked sick and she also had fleas. Not sure if she is still alive or not but the veterinary that you guys recommend was the one who told me about your bad services and that you guys had a flea outbreak at the time of purchasing yet I was not informed of this. I did receive a refund which I can appreciate but of course I was blocked on IG (which I didn’t even follow to begin with, as well as other platforms). I just hope nobody had the experience I had and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
Update: I was at your store, my mother and my sister as well so stating this is a false review when I clearly stated the dogs name that I purchased baffles me.
