Starbucks — Restaurant in Elgin

I usually have the BEst experience at this Target. I shop there ALL the time. I frequent the Starbucks there as well and usually order even when I do pickups. Today was very disappointed because my drink was made wrong during my pickup. I called inside and the barista was willing to remake it and was very courteous. However, the white kid working drive up with short brown hair, kinda stocky, was so rude when I tried to explain the situation. He didn't even listen to what I was saying before cutting me off and saying I need to go inside for Starbucks.

If going inside was an option for me today, I wouldn't have ordered pickup. He was rude and left lasting...

Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate...

This is my go to spot when I’m in need of a quick coffee run! I love love love this Starbucks. The staff they are seriously the best. They can make any coffee always right.

Remember their peak times are vary just as long as you don’t go when everyone gets off work! But please be patient and kind when the lines get long. It’s not a very big shop and there are either 1 or 2 people usually working at the same time.
