I can't say enough about how much my son and I enjoy our time at the play haven! From the moment we walk through the door, we’re always welcomed with open arms by the wonderful staff. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting that we instantly feel like part of the family every time we visit. The owner is incredibly kind and always takes the time to chat with us, making us feel valued and appreciated.

The play area itself is fantastic—safe, clean, and filled with fun activities that keep my son entertained for hours. It's clear that a lot of thought goes into providing a space that kids can not only have fun but also learn and grow in. It’s also a great place for parents to relax while their little ones play, knowing that they’re in a safe, well-supervised environment.

I can't believe the owner of this place. My wife had taken our kids here on numerous occasions and never had a problem. So naturally, we thought it would be a great place for our kids birthday party. I thought everything went great, we weren't early, left on time, followed all the rules, and cleaned up after ourselves. So much so, the employee there thanked us for cleaning so much as most people don't clean as well as we did. Then, TWO DAYS later and THREE OTHER PARTIES LATER, the owner texts my wife accusing us of damaging her property and leaving a massive sand mess there. Didn't ask us if we happened to notice anything, just straight up accused us of it and then banned us from coming back. As if we wanted to come back after such treatment and accusations. I thought this was such a nice place but I guess I was wrong. We were such loyal customers too, don't come here unless you want to be accused of something you didn't do and...

I recently attended a birthday party at the Play Haven Studio in Elgin, OK. This was a birthday party for 5 year olds with the parents also attending. At the completion of our event the parents were meticulous about the cleanup. We even went as far as helping with the cleanup of the onsite toys. The lady working there also confirmed that everything looked fine. And yet, we were accused of moving the play structure and leaving sand. I know that 5 year olds are not capable of moving something of that size, so that leaves the adults. NO ONE moved the structure and NO ONE brought in sand. I know this because I was there and saw every single person that entered. I guess the owner did not take into account that there was a later party that same day and two parties on Sunday.
