If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order through the Papa John’s app — my card was charged, but the order never showed up as received on the website. To make sure everything was okay, I called the store. The cashier said they didn’t have my order. I told her I had the receipt from my bank showing I was charged, so she asked someone for help — I believe his name was Mohamed.
Mohamed claimed to be the manager (which was a lie) and was incredibly rude on the phone. He didn’t answer any of my questions, didn’t try to help, and hung up in my face. I had no choice but to leave work and go to the store in person to get this figured out.
When I arrived, I was told the actual manager wasn’t even there. Thankfully, the cashier, Maria, was respectful and took the initiative to call the real manager so we could resolve the issue. The problem eventually got fixed — but my lunch break was completely wasted, and I had to go back to work without even getting to eat.
It’s unacceptable for someone to lie about their role and treat customers like this. Whether Mohamed is just a cashier or makes pizzas, he should NOT be pretending to be a manager and making situations worse with his attitude.

I simply asked why was there only about 5 pepperoni on the pizza and was told by one of the workers that it was under the cheese. Who puts pepperoni under cheese. You all need proper training on how to make pizza. If a customer pays for a pizza it should have ample amount of toppings. I did not make a issue but he said “that’s how we do it”. I was going to pay extra for more pepperoni and to cook the pizza longer because the pizza was so thin that the cheese was falling off. He proceeded to give me a refund instead of simply cooking it longer and putting extra pepperoni.
