If I could give no stars I would. First, I was promised delivery of a refrigerator first thing Friday morning after I told them several times our fridge went out and I had 5 kids. The morning of I get a call from David Joeseph claiming he could not reach me by the phone number listed on my application. He reached me on the phone number listed on my application I said I will call back when I wake up and he said okay. Then, his email said I had inconsistencies in my application but when I called back it was not for inconsistencies they had ran my credit and were trying to verify information for indentification issues. First, off why are you even running my credit but won't help us build credit. Secondly, why did it take 2 days for you to do this. I could have been added a fridge to my buddys account. I am mad as hell not only did they handle this wrong BUT THEY WAITED 2 DAYS TO SAY THIS ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY 30 MINUTES BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. Unprofessional.

To add to review.... the store in Elizabethtown did apologize for the miscommunication this morning and informed me that was the corporate office. They apologized for how they handled the situation. They got my refrigerator to me with speedy service and maintained professionalism. The truck drivers/delivery crew were amazing and very personable. imagine being approved of $125 a month and your washer and dryer that is $80 a month to rent is declined because “they can’t approve you right now” while you have a $700+ credit score and make enough income for it, imagine being told “oh you will get your new washer and dryer by friday” and already move your old washer and dryer out so they can properly install the new ones but get a email at 6:00pm the day before saying “oh we can’t approve you right now” so now you don’t have a washer or dryer to clean your clothes with, i will never go through you guys ever again and i will let everyone around town know about how horrible of a service...

I just want to say if you are having car trouble do not pull into Aaron's in Elizabethtown KY. My 17 year old daughter's car kept dying on Dixie Hwy coming through Elizabethtown so she did the intelligent thing and pulled into a parking lot to get out of traffic. She contacted me and I told her to let the manager know that she was having car trouble and we were going to have it towed. The Manager let her know she had until 7pm or she was going to have it towed. I talked to the lady on the phone and her attitude sickened me.
