Big Lots — Local services in Elizabethtown

I stopped here one day just to kill some time but before I left I went to pick out a box of cereal and was surprised to see that nearly every box of Kellogg's or Post cereal was something I'd never seen before at other retailers. Flavors such as; mint chocolate drumstick, Nilla banana pudding, fruity lucky charms and cinnamon vanilla lucky charms are a few of the unique combinations available to choose from. Now, I am a lover of cereal and am always looking for a new flavor to try so this little unexpected surprise made my whole day! I'm giving 5 stars and hoping I can expect fresh new flavor varieties on my future visits to this store. I'm just wondering why I haven't seen a single one of the newbies I mentioned at any...

Went to buy some furniture, tired of the mentality to need to beg companies to take your money. They were not helpful, I asked what was in stock and was told would need to look like it was a problem, every couch I asked about was not in stock and they don't sell floor models which is packed with furniture. So everything is on sale but not really. Asked to buy online or place a hold and was told only some models. Very rude staff that seems to enjoy telling people "no" way too much. But that's okay, that is the downfall of these type of businesses and why online continues to grow. These archaic companies...

LAZY employees. Went tonight to buy new pillows, and I got them out of an entire bin that said $15. Bring them up to the register where the girl scanned them and they rang up for $17.99, so I told her that the tag said $15 (which you could clearly see FROM THE REGISTER). Instead of double checking she told me that sometimes they just “up the price”. I’m sorry but if the prices are changed, the display needs to be changed to. My fiancé had already paid, so I then had to return the pillows! I asked to speak with a manager, only to wait for one to never come....
