My fiancé and I went in to have my wedding rings sized and were met with below average service. There were two men sitting behind the back counter repairing rings I'm assuming and one woman working the front while the store was vacant of customers besides us. No warm greetings, friendly smiles or anything of the sort. She examined my rings and told me that basically they wouldn't be able to do what I needed which was literally just the sizing and saudering of the rings. They way she carried them off to ask the men behind her what they thought was kind of like she couldn't care less either way. They immediately dissmed her just like she had been dissmisive of us the whole time. Was very disappointed considering the amount of good reviews they had on Google. I typically wouldn't get on here and post a bad review but when it comes to something important and matters closer to the heart, something should be said. I highly doubt I'm the first person this has happened to here and I am very thankful that I only had to go down the road a few minutes to find a jeweler that treats every customer with respect and warmth. I would have a pit in my stomach if I had left my wedding rings in the hands of people who really don't care about anything but money and...

I am willing to be on an waitlist, but they didn’t even make me an appointment or get my information… What the did do… They made sure I won’t be buying any future jewelry from them, and definitely not recommending them. Editing for your response: if you were half as informative on the call, I would have dropped it off. When I said I didn’t buy it there, the attitude changed. Your rudeness is also being exposed in your response. “Facts”. I never stated or insinuated I couldn’t wait. It’s even in my complaint I would wait! You could have even said, sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding, if you’re willing to wait, bring it in. At this point, another Jeweler… K… in the area, was very nice and informative, they are taking care...

Diamonds come hundreds maybe in thousands of qualities with many things that can be done to make a diamond look like something it is not. (drilled stones which have a high chance of cracking later.) Experience and honesty when you shop here helps you make the right selection. It is a global market for jewelers now. Small town jewelers can buy from all the international companies now. They have selection and price. You will be working with someone that has years of experience not someone hired yesterday. A great place to buy the pieces that...
