Danny's Tobacco — Local services in Elizabethtown

Unfortunately, my experience at Danny’s Tobacco was not a good one. The staff acted like they were being bothered just by me walking in. No greeting, no offer to help, and when I asked about a product, I got a rude, short response like I was wasting their time.

The store itself felt disorganized and cluttered. Shelves were dusty, and it didn’t feel clean or professional. The pricing was also off—items weren’t marked clearly, and the vibe overall was uncomfortable.

I support local businesses when I can, but customer service matters—and I won’t be back unless something changes here. First impressions are everything.

Lived here for a few years now and JUST found Danny's! That food tho!!! I love some good ol fried foods. Havent tried the deli or cold sandwiches YET, but word is, they're just as good as all that good fried food. This is not your ordinary gas station food....its good. Really good! You MUST visit and try!! Theres a pretty vast menu for such a small space. The parking is tight and there is no indoor seating to eat....but I'll sit in my car and shove this in my face!! The staff is amazing, the lady at the deli counter is always so sweet!! And if you need a suggestion...she will be honest and steer you right!...

Me and my fiancé went in this morning for a bowl of chili and some chicken tenders and fries for my girls. It wasn’t the food that was the issue, it was the older lady at the deli counter. She was RUDE from the time she started to take our order til the end. Maybe said all of three words to us, and my fiancé said thank you 3 times with no response back, smile or nothing.
