He is one of the most honest jeweler I have ever seen or met I appreciate what he do how he works with me when I bring broken jewelry or when I do something, he just is so so so honest when it comes to pricing and everything I don’t fear my jewelry be switch or anything like that, I have a complete comfort to leave my jewelry with him from Reeds to get it fixed. This was the most kindest, caring customer transaction I think I've ever came across. Ray was extremely kind. Took over an hour of his busy time to talk with me like i was his family member. Gave me very useful knowledge about jewelry, and even the history of the area. Connecting with the customer and not just treating me like a dollar sign. I would go back just for the conversation. He helped me pick out the most beautiful diamond bracelet, and gave me the best price I've ever seen so it was hard to refuse!!!
