A -5 stars would be appropriate here. Went up last Saturday to do a note 20 ultra screen repair. Could not do the job and very unprofessional blaming a other vendor I had originally look at phone. Guess what, that first vendor repaired the phone! I am typing this review on it NOW!

** Response to the owner - You see, let's just talk about that. When I walked in to the first shop (the one that ACTUALLY repaired my phone) when he opened it up he asked if I had a prior repair. My answer was no. It had been in my hands every day since 9/2020. He stated "when trying to remove two screws, they broke off". Also he showed me inside the phone of other indications it had been worked on prior. Since "new" the phone was always in my possession, and no repairs had been made. Fast forward to this past Saturday night. I explained all this to your staff. When I received the call they could not get a screw out and would not work on my phone, I went back to the store and picked up my phone that's when the dim bulb stated "that first store really messed you up". I said REALLY... For a phone that had never been worked on in my possession to have screws break off trying to REMOVE a screw, how did they screw me up? The phone was ALREADY SCREWED UP! Your DB said, "that is right".
The CPR store in Bowling Green did repair my phone, It cost me more, but it was worth it. He also asked me when I picked up my phone about my missing stylus. He said that's one of the first things that had to be removed to disassemble a phone. I said, let me guess left at the last shop

Read moreInitially brought 2 iPads to have the screen repaired in March.. it took a few weeks (they said it would, ok fine) I noticed on one of the iPads the front camera wasn’t aligned correctly (for example, on ft you would see a big black blurry spot) I brought it back in between 13–17May time frame and today (06/16) I am just now picking it up. I called several times and kept being told it wasn’t ready. I called last Thursday and whoever I spoke to said the person who was suppose to work on it the week before wasn’t able to but that it was being worked on that day and would be ready for pick up Friday… never received a call that it was ready. I decided to stop by and when I walked in and gave them in my name it took a few min and they walked back asking what tablet it was (I should have said ipad) they said to give them a few.
