I have to say I am sadly disappointed with the response I received this evening. I spent over $300 in your store. Having serious buyers remorse for giving you half of the money we raised for foster children this evening. I asked for any assistance from the store for our fundraiser. The response apply for a cc. I am still in shock. That's how you give back to your community? I am very thankful for the lady that walked up and handed me $20 (which I used a checkout) The lady that helped me with my 3 carts to the truck. These are your shoppers not your staff! On a busy day I simply asked if one of the 4 carts being wasted by the register just holding stuff can be combined into one that was almost empty so a customer could have a cart to shop with and the young cashier at register 1 at 230 today with auburn hair said that the carts were being used and it was just too much trouble to combine them even though I said I can simply move the 3 items from one cart to another. Read moreI waited in line for over 25 minutes while only one person was in front of me. They had only two registers open and both were doing credit card applications. I eventually just put my stuff back and left. There were at least ten customers behind me, so management should have noticed to call for more help from the floor or the manager should have opened one herself instead of just standing there watching the credit card applications.
