Made an 11:40 appointment. Had to wait for almost 15 mins past appointment because there was only one person working. Understandable.
However, when I did finally get checked in, I was turned away because the repair tech had called in. I was then told the soonest I could reschedule was the next afternoon or the day after that. To me that is unacceptable as I was turned away due to their issues, not something I did. Very disappointing customer service and poor management of the Geek Squad department within Best Buy. Would not recommend this location.
Edited: I made a new appointment at a different store later this evening at 6:40 - was called at 4:30 to tell me that the technician would not be there for my repair and THEY ALSO TURNED ME AWAY.
Customer support does nothing about it and just repeats the same phrases to you and will not send you to the correct place. I was transferred from wrong department to wrong department. I was given 4 different phone numbers, (888.237.8289, 800.433.5778 x2, 855.776.0701) NONE of them would help.

When I called the number to ask what this was about he wanted me to get on the computer and do some things which I work on teeth and am in the office on lunch break. He told me this charge was from the help I requested on my home computer and I don’t even have a home computer and I have a private team for my dental office computers so that’s how I know this is a scam.
