Marlene at the Elizabethtown, Kentucky location is amazing! I went in to get decorations for my daddyâs grave as this is his first Christmas since he passed away on September 19 this year. Iâve been feeling lost and didnât know where to start. Marlene was on her way out to take care of some things and she stopped and asked me how I was doing. Which ended up with her helping me walk around the store to find the right things for my dadâs grave I left spending less than I wouldâve initially spent and not only that I had a cheerful heart and was very grateful for the love and kindness that she showed to me a complete stranger. On top of that my sales associate Tanisha was so patient as I checked out. She didnât complain about the glitter that was everywhere and by the end of my transaction we both were covered. She had a beautiful smile just like Marlene and her customer service was not only appreciated but very very excellent at a hard time of year. This is the most beautiful time of the year and people like these two ladies truly make shopping for sad times a nice experience.    Read moreI can always get assistance here. Coupons are in abundance as well as sales. The selection is great. Store is neat and never dysfunctional. Again the biggest thing for me is customer service. There seems to be someone wondering around the store all the time which makes it easy to ask for help.
The framing section is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Don't go in there acting like you know it all and ask questions, just listen, you might learn something new!
The bathrooms are not always up to par but that has a lot to do with the customers who utilize the bathroom too!

I was very excited to make some dorm decor that was minecraft themed and I discussed my idea with the sales associate at the register. She proceeded to tell me that "minecraft is freaking stupid." She was extremely rude and took all the fun out of making my decor. I've worked in costumer service for several years, and I would never tell someone that something they like is stupid. She could have easily said she doesn't know anything about minecraft or she doesn't play. I really hope she learns how to talk to customers and doesn't make someone else feel so bad about...
