Five Below — Local services in Elizabethtown

Every time I go in this store the employees seem miserable. Probably over worked and under paid but that's the story everywhere isn't it? Any time I do an order for pickup it is never ready at a reasonable time. I'll get a message saying it's ready but low and behold... It is not. I'll give it a few hours then head to town to pickup and have to ask them to fulfill the order because I guess orders that have already been placed and paid for aren't a priority. Idk. Most of the electronics I've bought from this location have had to be returned and replaced within days of buying them. I went in for the black Friday squishmallows today and the store was an absolute wreck! I got my bag and started going through the bins of squishmallows only for a guy to walk over and tell us the sale is over because he put a sign on the door. The other lady that was stuffing her bag, threw her bag down and left... The ad said "while supplies last" and there were still PLENTY of squishmallows and we had the required bag, given to us by an employee when we walked in the door and asked for one... So why was the sale over? That's the only thing I went to that store for today. Terrible customer service. I'll avoid as much as possible...

I was in there shopping and decided not to purchase a portable phone charger so I placed it back where it was. As I left the store the Manager followed me out and loudly asked if I put back the item. She then asked to search my bag. I showed her that I had nothing in my bag that belonged to the store. I have never felt so humiliated, embarrassed and angry in my life. She then proceeded to tell other customers that I was shoplifting. I will never step foot in that store again. That's a very disgusting way to treat a customer. And I make plenty of money to not have to steal a 5 dollar charger. The absolute WORST customer service experience I've ever had and the most HUMILIATING also. I'll take my money and...

First time visiting over 2 weeks ago. Looked for and found the one item I needed for a friend who had an emergency need which was a 10 foot USB C charger. It was cheaper than any other store in the area for the length needed. No idea this place was self checkout only. Two other teenaged females were on staff but too busy or distracted stocking or folding fabric to acknowledge my existance. Rather have a live person at least say hello in case there are issues. This place has all of the customer service of an online checkout. Item worked fine for my friend. I was not impressed with this place since I am not the target demographic. Most likely will not be returning...
