I'm a long haul truck driver passing through this city. After contacting Oklahoma State PATROL During 911 Emergency CALL Due To A Severe Weather Emergency. Hobby Lobby offered a safe haven to use their docking ramp behind their store as a safe haven against the fury of the storm with potential of Tornadoes. I'm thankful and blessed that there exist in this world caring and thoughtful people with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Corporate Hobby Lobby in Elk City Oklahoma to allow me to seek shelter on their property. This store is always so clean, well-stocked and has friendly staff! I went in today for a very specific item. I tried to find it myself with no luck. The manager on duty walked me to where it should have been. It was out of stock. BUT, they had just received a truck delivery. He went to the back and looked until he found the box the product was in and brought it to me. KUDOS!!!! he could've asked me to come back later (and I would've been fine with that.) He truly went above and beyond. THAT is excellent customer service!!!!...

Hobby Lobby is always a fun place to visit, no matter the size or stock. I am honestly thrilled with all of the craft options available in this store. I just wish there were more t-shirt fabrics in the fabric department. While I love quilting and stuff like that, I also cosplay, so need that fabric for some if my costumes. I hate that I have to drive all the way to the city for good t-shirt fabric. -_- But that's alright. Everything else about this store...
