T-Mobile — Local services in Elk City

Went in to get a new watch and tablet and to get the promotion they said I could not cancel my old watch for 90 days. After 90 days I called customer service and they informed me that I had to wait a full year to cancel my old watch to still get the promotion. Worst customer service I've ever seen. They are horrible at sales and trying to get someone a good deal. The managers at this location are worthless and couldn't sell water to a man dying of thirst. They don't even TRY and it's comical watching them fumble with the calculator on their phone while trying to figure out how much you owe for a down payment and taxes.
