I gave this place multiple chances because I’ve worked fast food and I know how stressful it can be. The last time I went in I asked the girl behind the counter if I could have cheese on each meat patty instead of having it all piled on the top she said I’ll have to ask my manager and just punched up my burger with everything on it. There was a manager and one other employee running the entire store the manager did not think that this was a concern at all. When I went to go get my soda I tried Dr Pepper it was flat it was coming out watery Coke was the same way. So I stood at the counter for over five minutes to tell the girl that the sodas were coming out carbonated and nasty and she said oh yeah go check on that never did. I ended up getting root beer which was so flat I ended up pouring it out throwing it away. I could go all day about how horrible this experience was. So I decided to call Burger King‘s customer service to complain and I got a bunch of automated messages that basically said if you have any problems with anything go to our website where all of our automated stuff can handle it so Burger King doesn’t even care to have one person to answer the phone or to let them know that the stores are being run into the ground. So I’m never going back and every time I drive by the Wendy’s next to it is busy and the Burger King has maybe 1 or 2 cars there. it’s gonna go out of business but Burger King doesn’t care does...
Read moreThis place had a phenomenal start, but it’s TRASH now. I’m a HUGE Burger King lover and I was so excited to finally have one here and after my experience tonight I am sitting here posting a review which I never do. I drove 30 minutes from home & I went through the drive through at 9:45 and I was told I’m short staffed I’ll be with you in a moment. 10:15 I decide okay I’ll go in maybe it will be easier on her. I go in with my daughter and same lady was just standing there wiping the counter doing nothing at all. I walked up thinking I’d be helped and she snapped at me and said “lobby is closed. It’s 10” when two people were clearly not happy waiting for their food since before I got in line. I go BACK to the drive thru to get in line a THIRD TIME and she says “I’ll be right with you.” After another 15 minutes she was rude and all I heard was “nothing right now!!!” Almost like she was talking to someone else and didn’t know her mic was on? (Or was she talking to me?!) I drove around to leave and looking in there I saw there were plenty of people in the back doing absolutely nothing. I just wasted all this time being patient and understanding just to be REFUSED SERVICE ENTIRELY, and it’s nowhere near closing time, it’s 2 hours before they close! This location just made a die hard whopper lover into a boycott customer. Whoever manages this place should be embarrassed. Thank you for my friendly and QUICK service...
Read moreJust a weird experience here at this visit. I've been here a few times while I travel through. Walked into a completely empty and silent restaurant at lunch, thought they might have been closed. After a minute staff came around, cashier immediately starts ranting about some broken machine (which I assume they were all working on at the time which is why I didn't see anyone). I order, same cashier then tells me they don't have half the menu items, no biggie. Order an impossible burger as a substitute and she THEN goes on a tirade about it being fake food, how her fiance doesn't like it and it tastes weird etc etc as I'm actively trying to walk away to use the restroom.
Listen, I'm more than accommodating for items being out of stock, it happens, but just let me order some food in peace. The rest of the staff was very professional and kind and the food was hot and just as I asked for it. Just an...odd and...
