One of the worst IT teams in the Michiana area. In my time there, they treated clients like inconveniences, brushed off client issues as "not their problem", and got themselves infected with ransomware due to their outdated security that they then sell back to clients. Staff are openly hostile, disorganized, and incompetent. Took 2 weeks to get pay information set up, no onboarding process. Instead of trying to uplift client technology, they penny pinch, looking for every opportunity to milk money from their clients, resulting in less expense contracts but higher costs by refusing to cover certain aspects of client IT that any standard IT contract should cover.

May have been 5 *'s many years ago but this place has gone downhill. They under estimate your usage on maintenance agreements and then at some point claim an accurate number but by then it appears that you had a huge overage in one period due to under estimating in prior ones. Crooked...
