Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received recently. There is a tote bag on the website that I have been wanting for the past 5 years. Finally mother's day is coming up and my boys wanted to purchase it for me. I called to see if it was in stock and I was told that particular one is not available and the website is out of date. The woman I spoke with texted me 1 picture of the 2 they had on hand. I asked if there was a picture of the inside and I never received a reply back.
