Long Gate Shopping Center — Local services in Ellicott City

I recently visited the Target & Safeway, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! This shopping center offers everything you could ask for—great stores, excellent dining options, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to return.

The department stores are well-stocked, and the specialty shops provide unique finds you won’t see elsewhere. The layout is well thought out, making it easy to navigate from one store to another without feeling overwhelmed.

This is a very nice shopping center but it is spread out. I find I go to this shopping center when I need to go to one of its stores. This is not a wndow-shopping type of shopping center. The hub stores are Target, Kohls, Safeway, and Barnes & Noble. Parking is entirely street level. There is also a perimeter of commercial spaces that include both sit-down dining service and fast food service plus a gas station. There is no movie theater associated with this shopping center. Driving in this shopping center can be trying at times because of the limited number of entrances/exits. If you enter through the Long Gate Road entrance and want to go to stores at the opposite end (like Kohls) then I recommend turning left at the 4-way stop once you enter and drive BEHIND the stores. This is about Kohl's, not the shopping center it's in. I purchased a vacuum cleaner Dec 2022. Never received it, but did receive an update from them that The carrier advised them it had been damaged and will be returned to them. To this date I am still being billed. Interest and late charges are being assessed on my account. I have spoken with their representative and was told a refund would be applied. During that conversation they did not seem to have any information that this vacuum cleaner was returned. Still no refund. Since then I received an email from Kohl's asking me to review the product. I essentially stated what I am posting here now. I subsequently received an email from Kohl's saying they could not post it under their reviews so please modify it.
