We are here for the first time today. They have a food truck in the parking lot of the Carroll Fuel on the corner of 103 and Old Columbia Pike. From their website you can download an app to order online. We did that and our order was ready in roughly 15 minutes. We ordered a few things to try: plantains, pork tacos, birria nachos, and the torta asada. Everything was delicious and the portions were surprisingly generous. Amazing food overall. We ordered quite a bit and the tacos to start across the board with Fish and Chicken were authentic. Great flavor as is with the option of sauces to add that were also great.

The Quesadilla was a little soggy but the taste was there. Hard to do in a to go, however still better then a chain! (Bella ;-)

The environment and staff were a great realization of what were capable of and the flavor was exceptional.

First time both with birria and food trucks. The hype is real. I got the four birria tacos and they were easily the best things I've eaten this month. The people running the truck were also super friendly. I walked up fresh, not really knowing what I was doing, and I don't think it took longer than three minutes from ordering to food-in-mouth, but you can also order via mobile.
