So I left my job and my past employer let me keep my work mobile number that I had brought there with me when I started there. they gave me the info I needed to port it to my service provider (T-mobile). I went to the T-mobile store in Ellisville MO and I told them I want to port over my work cell phone number and have both phone numbers on my T-mobile device. They said no problem just call "611" and they will take care of it for you. So I called 611 and an automated menu ended up sending me a link for porting my number over. Followed the instructions and it ported. Turns out that it actually REPLACED my current number and they deleted it. I ended up spending over an hour on the phone with T-mobile customer service trying to get it rectified. And they wanted to double my phone bill for having two phone numbers on one device. Insane. So they mailed me a physical sim card to setup the second number and have both. I received it and installed it. Spent another 30 minutes talking to multiple different people in customer service who said they couldn't make it happen they would have to transfer me to someone else. I give up. Then was told there that they were doing me a favor by doing this and they shouldn't but if they do that I give them high reviews and posts about them and that I should buy cases to thank them. Worst experience and liars I have met. do not use them at all. I called ahead due to the fact that I did not want to waste my families time on a holiday weekend or the staffs there and was treated like garbage and bribed. Taylor at the call center after this interaction was great and took my frustrations in stride. They some how lost my call notes from the night before. Use sprint that is fine but DO NOT go to the location in Ellisville on Manchester. Look at the other reviews. Sprint if you see this......time to make a change and take a hard look at the integrity of people when you hire them. Sprint rep told her the insurance she has paid on her apple phone for the last 2 years will cover the new ipad. Worst day ever she sets ipad on counter and bottle falls out of cabinet above and shatters her screen less than 5 hours of owning the darn thing. Been jumping through hoops for hours 3 different locations to only find out rep at store LIED! Because her apple phone is on my account and the tablet on her own the insurance does not cover her ipad. Went to store to complain and they keep sending us all over call this call that with nothing done and a whole day wasted!!!
