Barron was very personable and accommodating. He explained the value and features of each refrigerator, and informed us of reviews on others. We were able to choose a nice one based on his information. Delivery, however, was a disaster. Not the storeâs fault, but the driver did not communicate well, did not even have our appliance on the truck and promised he would deliver our dryer in fifteen minutes. We purchased a refrigerator! He said he would be at our home in fifteen minutes. After removing everything from our refrigerator, we waited three hours we received another call from a different guy. âYour refrigerator is black, right? A Frigidaire?â We said it was silver and a Whirlpool. He hung up. We received another call again from the original guy. âWe are delivering your Frigidaire in a few minutes.â My husband repeated the style and brand. The man hung up abruptly again. After five hours of waiting -and defrosting food, we called the store. A call service handled our complaint. She said someone will be there in 20 minutes. I had them delived after anxiously waiting for months for my new home to be completed to find out that they had not ordered my gas cooktop as promised. I have been on numerous text chains with their general manager, who has said everything from the cooktop has been ordered, to they canât find the right model and then to they are going to refund me for this cooktop top, to hold my horses they are now ordering the cooktop. The saga has been going on for over a month now. On 4/22 I was told I would get a refund then never mind they were ordering, still nothing. I have gone to numerous of their locations of which has yielded nothing. Anyone on site at the locations has no power to do anything. Also, now after carefully cutting out my cabinet, I installed my new oven from them three days ago and the oven is broken new out of the box and it needs a new control board which is going to be $1200. The other oven reaches temperatures of hell while the lower oven does nothing. I also did not get a response what they would do about the oven. Customer service below 0 stars...

They got delivered and the first thing they do is bump up our delivery fee. âbecause iâm a girl and i donât know how hard it is to move mattressesâ. words from the guy that works at the store. then when they leave we look at one of the mattresses and it was ripped from seam to seam, COVERED in mud and it wasent even the right mattress. we call them back and they said they are going to have us a new mattress in a couple of hours. well they closed the store. fast forward to 4 days later. still no mattress. so we go up to the store and first thing barron says is âwhoa hide the baseball batsâ. so disrespectful, so unprofessional. we talked to somebody named jt. he was able to help us with the situation then went mia. we asked for a refund and they gave us less then half that we paid for the mattress. we ended up getting the mattress that we asked for the next day. this would get a better review if he didnât act so disrespectful. so donât go here if donât want to...
