Higher Daze Smoke Shop & Bud Bar — Local services in Ballwin

I have been shopping here for over a year now I haven’t had any issues until a few days ago, there is a new worker there I’m not sure what her name is but she is blonde and short and she has been wonderful except a few days ago when I went in there I was buying a new cartridge for my battery, she recommended me a brand that I have never seen before I said why not and bought it. I get home, open it up, screw it on my battery and hit it. The next thing I know I wake up a few some hours later on my floor gripping my chest I felt like I was gonna have a heart attack, I drove myself to the ER they are running tests on me and I am also going to have my cartridge tested to see what’s really in it. I am a very healthy person I exercise and I eat very organic I’m also only in my 30s, I have been in the ER for the past 5 days the doctor said that there was trace amounts of arsenic in my bloodstream. How could this happen? How could a place be so incompetent about the health of their customers. If things don’t clear up soon, I will have to involve my lawyer I don’t want to have to resort to that but this is just outrageous. Also as a side note the cartridge was extremely liquidy and tasted like windex, how is this legal???? Now the doctors are going to be testing me for lead poisoning I will update my review if...

I went into the smoke shop recently and was helped by Payton, and I honestly had such a good experience. She was super friendly, patient, and really knew what she was talking about. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, but she took the time to explain the different products and helped me pick something that fit what I was looking for. You can tell she actually cares about her customers and enjoys her job. The shop itself was clean and organized, and Payton made the whole experience easy and comfortable. My experience in person was great & the wide selection of goods is a huge bonus!!, but I’d just like to brag about how phenomenal ownership is!! I mistakenly left my ID in the shop & live across the country, but an owner I messaged with through Instagram willingly secured my license from the shop, put it in the mail for me & sent me a message to show me on insta, then denied when I offered to pay them back & for their troubles.
