Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went in and ordered a fridge on 6/1/22, Eric Scott was our sales person and he told us that we would most likely get our fridge by 6/15/22. Which was totally fine. 6/15 came and went, heard nothing. I finally called the store on 6/20 and spoke with Jeff. He said he did not have any updates on when we would get it but to call back on 6/21 to see if they had any updates, so I did. He still did not have any updates for us. Eric called us back on 6/23 asking how our new fridge was and if we liked it. I told him we did not have it yet and no one seems to know when we would be getting it and he said we will get it on 6/29 in the afternoon. We have been sitting around waiting for over 2 hours for our fridge to arrive and so I finally called the store to see where it was or when it was coming. Eric replied with "Your fridge never came. I thought the warehouse would have called you and told you it wasn't on the truck. Maybe July 5th you would get it.".... I will never order another product from Karl's in Watertown... they seem very unorganized and just gives you the run around. Very unhappy about the service we are...

So Karl's was clean everything in place dusted sales rep extremely helpful and wanted to sell as you would want kudos to the sales staff however one of the reasons I didn't leave a review is that everything with the exception of 2 items that were on sale in there add were not available and due to the virus or lack of workers whatever they were unable to sell me anything as they were unable to give me even an estimate as to win there sale items will actually be avalible This is unfortunate and yes I blame the current disease however i feel like they also wasted my time as i believed i could purchase these sale items not the case Karl's was great as far as the sales honesty however the advertisement was basically false as who can make a major life purchase on a I have no idea when these items would be avalible or even if they will kinda putting there sale staff in a no win situation.
