We ordered our suits at the same time. Wecame in twice for suit fittings the last one 2 weeks before the wedding and my suit was so big on me I swam in it, i could nearly keep the pants up. Not to mention my vest was the totaly wrong color amd an XL I wear a medium...they did however fix the color and have it delivered to Sioux falls on time. But the suit as a whole was extremly large I could nearly keep it from falling off me. I asked the lady the day I came in for the last fitting if this suit was gona form fit or look like a fat suit and she assured me that it was a slim fit suit it clearly was not. Very disappointed Will never shop at this shop again! Learn how to take measurements is all I can say... it's your job. AMD I'n addition to your response, every one at the shop was made awear repetedly that we live in des moines iowa 6.5 hours away and that we were told that a week before the wedding would be to late for alterarions so we had to come in for 2nd fitting 2 weeks before the wedding to get fitted properly for the last time. And the vest color situation shouldn't have ever been an issue because we ordered two suits the same day exactly the same colors, and as the shop owner ya'll should have checked the order to make sure every thing was right. Cassis purple is no wear near the shade of plum purple, it was a clear mistake that should have been rectified tuesday when the order arrived not friday night...

The customer service sucks. They ordered a bridesmaids dress in the wrong size that took 4 1/2 months to get in which gave us a month to figure out how to get a too small dress to fit. Then they didn't take ownership and said the girl grew 2 inches (she didn't) and basically said they dont make mistakes and after pointing out all the facts they finally choked up $20 to pay for alterations. Absolutely ridiculous and nobody should be made to feel that way when preparing...

Great customer service! They were very helpful in buying my wedding dress AND tuxes from the groom and groomsmen, even with the groom & groomsmen being procrastinators! Could not have asked for a better place to get my wedding dress and the tuxes. Would highly...
