Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with when coordinating my wedding day florals. I can tell she is passionate about her job as she went above and beyond to make sure the church was cleared from the morning mass just in time for my ceremony in the afternoon and she always offered amazing wedding day advice during our conversations. She even stepped into action when my venue refused to set up my sweetheart table candles and table votives! When I saw the bouquets, table centerpieces, and sweetheart table, I was instantly blown away by the attention to every detail. I am so impressed with the way that she took my thoughts and inspiration and brought them to life. I am forever grateful for Jessica’s kind words, funny jokes (which helped calm my nerves), and all of her efforts to help my wedding day be as perfect as possible and without stress! After a shock passing of a family member in New Jersey with sort notice, I started looking for a florist close to them. From Australia, I called Gloria’s at 1am EST so I could organise flowers the day before the funeral. The gentleman was so helpful even with their computer system temporarily down and one incorrect number on my credit card, they respectfully let me sleep and emailed me with the error. I called the next morning to correct the error and process the payment. They were so patient and kind doing this job at short notice. My uncle send a photograph of the flowers when they were delivered and they were absolutely beautiful.
