I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business ever. Would not recommend you spend your money here.

I purchased an entire bedroom set here. The bedroom set was supposed to be delivered within a couple of days. The delivery driver gave us a day and a time to deliver but would reschedule hours after giving us a set time. It took three days from the set delivery date and me having to call the business to get the furniture finally delivered.

When the furniture was delivered I noticed the dresser had a dent and the cabinet wasn’t closing correctly and even had a gap. I notified the business within minutes of the delivery men leaving along with providing picture evidence. The only option they provided was to wait three weeks for them to replace the top part of the dresser. I let them know the entire dresser had chips, gaps and dents. They finally agreed after a couple of days of me contacting them, to replace the dresser. I couldn’t put anything in the cabinet that had a gap because it would fall. This was such a huge inconvenience because I’m paying for something new, not dented and chipped.

I went to the business a week after they agreed to send a replacement and the sales man let me know they’ll replace the dresser first thing Monday. Monday came and they told me they’ll deliver on Tuesday. Tuesday came and they never delivered the dresser. They finally delivered the replacement on Wednesday after me once again having to call the business to get a set time. I’m happy I got my replacement but it took two weeks from the day the furniture was purchased to get everything situated.

Went in to look at an LED mirror, the guy there (I'm assuming the owner) acted as if he didn't want our business. He sat on the couch or looking at his phone while we were in the store. His friend was friendlier and more helpful (and didn't work there) . Owner said the price was $350. He checked inventory and said the floor display was the last one in stock. He still wanted us to pay $350, plus $50 delivery fee (I live less than 5 mins away) for a floor model that God only knows who has been touching and tinkering with it. I asked if he could drop the price and 1 second he said 25% off, then next he is saying the total would be $400+ with delivery and tax?? I was going to go home and measure the space I wanted to place it, but decided not to waste my sister's money (she was going to buy it for me as a gift) because why spend money someplace that acts like they don't want you to?.
